chinese presentation due in 2 days and it's only half done upcoming tests: chem and geog O M G i feel really really sick. -looks at the piling moutain of work and pukes- i see all that we have to do and i don't feel like doing. and then i'll do undesirable stuff like lumber off to watch tv or blog like now, when i hv much more pressing matters to attend to. what is wrong with me. -wake up call- i continue this and im going to be buried until the pile of work literally. for the sake of filling up the form, i have currently chosen the choices:
* note: the above choices is sujected to changes so i chucked the form at my mum, and she made me go to all the horrible NUS websites and stuff. i am ONLY 14!!!!!!!!!! current occupational interest: law, psychology, medicine, advertising, or maybe something to do with the media? AIYAR. advice given by my dad: drop out of school so he doesnt hv to fetch me to sch every morning. mybe i shall just do that. SIGH. THE TRIALS AND TRIBULATIONS CRYSTAL AND JIAHUI HAD TO UNDERGO WHILE PREPARIN HUIWEN'S MINI PARTY. buy a cake. get thru the storms and winds without mushing the cake. literally. buy a lighter (assuming tt we are in school uniform) learn to light a candle within 5 mins. find a suitable present within an hr. get a plastic bag witihout spending any more money. NOT easy. took a bus to plaza sing to get the cake and the present. scoured through shops, angie the choice, polar snacks, breaktalk etc and finally decided on breadtalks pretty strawberry sweetheart. asked for a candle and the woman was pretty much pissed. got huiwen's pressie (a very CUTE cushion) however we were given a horrible plastic bag which is a no-no . like who will give a present in a NTUC plastic bag look-a-like. went to 77th street where the horrid salewoman said "what plastic bag i got no postic bag" when there was a whole stack behind her. MALU. nx on the agenda. LIGHTER. okay i DO NOT pass off as an 18 yr old. (neither does hwee for that matter) and we need to get the lighter to light the candle! went carrefour to find. got the cheapest one 70 cents. but found out tt it was LOUSY and could not light up. requested to change to the 80 cents one which made the salesgirl agn very annoyed. andw e found out tht we coudnt light it either. (due to our lack of skill but that is besides the point) raining and typhooning when we came out of somerset mrt to walk to cineleisure. braved tru winds and storms and hadto dash arcoss with traffic light with a CAKE (yes a cake) in my hands hoping it would STILL LOOK like one when we got there. the wind was so strong hwees unbrella nearly got blown off. and needless to say the stupid umbrella wasnt much of a use since we all got drenched anyway. wanted to get another present for huiwen, since the cake and the xxx the funky4some are doing is not very uhm ready yet. but i realised i ran out of money. had to purposely buy $1 gummy bears from more than words to get a plastic bag. me: can i hv a plastic bag? guy: for the sweet? -hands me a teeny plastic bag- me: uhm no... a bigger one? guy hands me a plastic bag the siza of ur head which is impossible to put in the present in anw me: could i hv that instead? -points at the huge bag- guy stares. and den i fled -------------------------------------------------------------- scenario: jiahui and me waits for huiwen with the lighted up cake and sings happy birthday the moment she walks in pasta mania seeing the cake and the food alrdy preordered real scenario: jiahui and me fails to light up the stupid candle while grumpy and soaked huiwen walks in. OOPS. haha so we arent the best planner. anyway she cheered up and we took lots of pics and videos with my cam. HAPPY BIRTHDAY HUIWEN JIAYOU CO PEEPS! yesterday's racial harmony was much better than last yr. the programme that is. free food! needless to say, i ate a lot, much to the exasperation of huiwen. heh. what to do i'm a growing kid (and i skipped breakfast since i was late)! yeah anyway, i needed a drink to wash down all the food so shared one with huiwen and the class decided to go look at the exhibits at that moment. so i had to smuggle the drink all over the school -.- went for henna painting ((: the girl who did mine wasnt very experienced though. and i smudged the henna on huiwens uhm. JEANS. sorry huiwen! haha huiwen and i got interviewed by 2 girls, and i have just come to a conclusion that i can't speak a fluent single sentence in chinese. right so i made a fool of myself, big surprise. that video better be for personal use. and huiwen had to say they were from the lianhezaobao which freaked me out. how'd you feel if you on the tv and u see ur big face plastered all over the screen. today went for ak prac which went faster den usual. cleaned the ak room and they were giving out free pens, cups, test tubes (???) and whatnot. haha hidden treasures. elected committee and got selected for level rep nx yr. that's because i turned up to deco the ak booth for open hse like -.-'' on the way home after tuition we were stuck in the jam. accident occured ahead but it din look very serious, when i passed by, man the DOOR and SCREEN of the bus were broken and almost shattered, and the car door was smashed. the driver din look very injured though. freaky. eeps, huiwen's bday on monday. i hv no idea what to get. help. ah. HARRY POTTER. that book rocked (x and i cant believe xxx betrayed and killed yyy. (credits for those who haven't read the book yet) ah well. can't wait for the movie. WHEE. haven blogged for ages so i shall list them out (:
right so thats about all i guess. toodles. my life is so boring. i think the time where i look forward to most is at night. (or after school for that matter) tv time and internet surfing. -.-'' 1. Chinese pt (indiv AND group) 3. edit RS 4. annotate poem for lit 5. do math kilo thingum 6. Math indiv pt 7. stupid history test die crystal die. nvm i shall just remain in self denial first. whee so happy that stupid science test was over. went home to celebrate by sleeping for 3 hrs? so now im like wide awake. and i dreamt of dropping off all my teeth. dream interpreter anyone? ONE more week to harry potter book release (x i was blog surfing when i realised smth. the thing i can't stand: when people blog about how horrible so and so is. Don't they care if the other person reads it? don't they know how much it hurts? worse, dun they even bother? but the thing that really hurts is tt when you consider that person a friend. one thing i hv to say, if u want to say it, than tell the person in the face and not blog about it behind their backs. thats abt the most shallow thing one can do. |
