The amount of shit that we talk about. I won't even start with what YQ and I talk about on msn. No thanks to Ailin!!

...and Karma bit me in the ass yet again.

I have been suanning MQ the past couple of days about the fact that he actually sat for the SATs (punny!) without a functioning pencil. lmao.

But lo and behold, guess who realised she didn't bring all her pencils (and to think she so carefully sharpened all 5 of them the day before) while in the car on the way to ACJC?

My dad had to U-turn back to go home to get my stupid pencils. Luckily I didn't make my way there myself. Imagine realising on the train that you have nothing to write with -.-

SATs was pretty screwed, 'nuff said.

haha I suppose I can console myself that I only did half a practice paper before sitting for the test. My essay was so shitty (haha MO would have had a coronary if she actually read what I'd written, serious) even I was amazed. Math is understood to be easy peasy but I couldn't do everything -__- The english component, in essense, was a guessing game because the passages were so damn long and I was so damn sian I wanted to fall asleep. Plus Options A, B, C, D and E all looked the same. 2400 here I come man. You were right Muz, I totally wasted 110 bucks and 6 hours of my life.

Everytime a section ended, the invigilator would bark into the mike, "TIME'S UP, PENS DOWN!!!!" so bloody loudly that the whole hall would get a shock. He boomed 10 times and I jumped in my seat 10 times without fail. And maybe it's because I only did half a practice paper, I was under the impression that SATs had only 7 sections. Imagine my horror when there were 3 more sections to go. TMD.

Went to destress at IMM with Jiahui later on. Too bad Wendy couldn't make it due to some certain parental interference of some sort haha.

Since she had 0 dollars on her, I was her ATM machine for the day. ATM machine I was indeed. I went out of the house with 100 bucks in my pocket and came home with 2 bucks. 50 bucks were actually for my emergency stash and emergency was supposed to mean... something more serious than a fashion emergency in any case.

After Jiahui spent all my money at the Espirit Outlet, we went to FOX and she had to go, "OMG so cute get this!", "EH you look good in this, buy it!!" when she clearly knew I had no more cash because of her.

Other than being her ATM, I also doubled up as her personal maid and chauffeur (ok technically my dad was the one driving) Sigh, I looked so forlorn and sad, being her human hanger and bag stand, that I felt rather sorry for myself. ):

Whatever it is, I think leaving a credit card in our hands is quite a dangerous thing to do 0.o

An excerpt from Jasmine's blog, with my comments in blue(:

3. Chng and Yumin have been trying to suan me the whole week every morning before assembly because on a particularly fine afternoon, they saw me at a meeting where they went

Chng: Omg is that jasmine?
YM: Omg I think so!
Chng/YM: -one pile of hullabaloo- Do I know her?!

( YM AND I ARE THE JASMINE SUANNING DUO. We have so much chemistry with each other where suanning Jasmine is concerned, it's unbelievable)

in the middle of my serious, serious meeting. And cos they were so proud of their spontaneous suanning (uh huh!), the next few days, they decided to stalk me every morning. Everyday, they'll suan me with the same few sentences and add on a few new ones. Shall try to spew out their speech which was the result of a few discussions held online over msn, and possibly, after a few rehearsals. (HOW YOU KNOW WE DISCUSS OVER MSN AND REHEARSE EVERY MORNING!)

Omg is that Jasmine!
Yar! Her head is so big and round like the moon!
Yar and it's so white it blends into her uniform!
Aiyar it's so bright it's like the sun!
Are you sure?
But she doesn't brighten up my day!
Aiyo, don't be so mean to her!
Never mind lah, she has _____ to protect her!

Jasmine, so not accurate! Let me tell everyone what our witty conversation actually was.

Omg is that Jasmine?!
Is it??
I think so!
Are you sure? She's like so white she blends into her blouse!
Really ah. Anyway right, now morning alrd why do I still see the full moon? ( We not so mean to say "Yar! Her head is so big and round like the moon!" lor! And you yourself deduced that your head is akin to that of a moon! Not me!)
No lah, you mean the sun?
Huhs, but she doesn't brighten up my day leh!
Aiyo, don't be so mean to her lah!
It's okay! She has ____ to protect her!!

Yumin and I should totally do standup comedy I tell you. Jasmine will be the star (or butt) of our jokes(:

NO OFFENSE YO JASMINE. YOU KNOW YOU LOVE US! XOXO!

(haha yes, been bitten by the gossip girl bug!)

Amidst all the SATs preparation and whatnot (haha that's for the whole world but me, seeing that I only did half a full paper)... Enqi surpasses all expectations we have of her yet again.

enqi says:
hey crys

enqi says:
did I sign up for SATS?

___crystaaal* says:
what?

___crystaaal* says:
HAHAHA

___crystaaal* says:
how would i know LOL

___crystaaal* says:
i dont think so, if you did you would have signed up online and paid 110 freaking bucks via credit card and definitely rmbed whether you did or not

I feel so sick being stuck in this rut when it's only WEEK 2 OF SCHOOL.

Save me.

Someone tell me why I signed up for SATs. The entire world seems to be be mugging their asses off with me having officially started mugging only 2 days prior to the test.

Go, me -__-

I was bored one day so I decided to delete all the nonsense on my computer... and I found pictures! : D

Since YQ is so curious to see my family picture, here is one picture of us(:

Going out to all fans of my dad! This picture is taken like what, 10 years ago? HAHA. You finally get to see this "cool" dude.

(I know, I look so cute right hahaha)

DEAR DADDY,

ARE YOU FOR REAL???
How did you find my blog?
Since when did you start reading it??

You can aswer my questions on my tagboard(: That's the rectangular box on the right just in case you don't know what a tagboard is! Alternatively, you can also knock on my room door to tell me.

And I see that you tagged my blog at 6.04 pm. Aren't you supposed to be at work? Tsk tsk.

Love,
Crystal (who is being a good girl in school)

OH MY GOSH. IT'S DAY 2 AND I'M SO BORED OF SCHOOL ALREADY.

YUMIN, JASMINE, PINGFANG, HUIWEN, JIAHUI, YUXUAN

Thanks to you guys for always listening to me complain and whine about how I'm going to end up as a road sweeper/jobless entity to society because I got my stupid D7 last year, then telling me I'm going to do fine haha. It must have been exasperating.

Especially Yumin, Jas and PF, I could actually feel you guys being happy for me(: Must be because of how you guys were there to witness how I cried until I wanted to die last year. I have yet to thank Jasmine for crying with me as well HAHA.

I got the sms from Bentan in the middle of chem lecture to go collect my results slip at the staff room. I bet he smsed me instead of Jonseow because he knows I freaking don't pay attention in lectures and have my phone on 24/7 LOL. I stupidly proved his point by messaging back and asking "We are having lecture now. Do you want us to come now?" He replied back "After lecture..." haha gg. And then I got another message from Serene telling me she got her results alrd.

I starting to feel like puking. I thought my mum would have to burn my results slip (or whatever they do for dead people) for me to see it. My new year resolution of paying attention to lectures didn't make it because I couldn't concentrate for the rest of the chem lecture (which happens to be the 2nd lecture in the school year).

I was so freaking scared I had to go pee and my legs felt weak. Then I forgot that Block A level 3 did not connect to Block B level 3 staffroom and spent 15 minutes trying to orientate myself and locate where the staffroom is.

I think Bentan was pretty surprised with me. He handed me my results slip and went like "Not bad ah. Improvement!" And I just started tearing in front of him out of shock, where he stood looking amused.

Lastly, I would also like to give my thanks to:

1. 李伟老师 ( now known as 李俊贤). I think I will go back to RG and throw my results slip in his face(: Join me, PF?

2. The woman (some dean) whom I spoke to last year advising to stick with A levels Chinese (thank goodness I didn't) and telling me that people who score D7 wouldn't do any better.

Goes to show that if people doubt you, go prove them wrong especially if know you can do it!

I am so glad I transferred back to 6K and chose to take O levels. The last time I actually felt euphoria was during PSLE results release HAHA. damn long ago please. Now I know what I want it to be for A levels. I am so motivated now woohoo!

Whatever it is, I'm glad I had Serene to go through it with(: Celebration soon!

Physics calls!

Edit: Found the picture(:

LOL I see Wendy looking sneaky behind in the corner tsk.

COUNTDOWN 09@ BOON LAY in essence was tiring, stressful and even more tiring.

Fun? Not in the beginning, when everything was a mess and I was running around like a headless chicken. My lousy nokia died out on me at 4 pm (despite having charged it the night before), the battery running out exceptionally fast because of all the incoming and outgoing calls. We were all averaging at least 50 calls. All the food I ate the entire day consisted of 2 bites of a burger (shared with Jiahui because neither of us had an appetite) and 4 spoons of chicken rice without the chicken. Then Eric called because of some crisis with the human gaps and then I was gone again.

After Countdown, Jiahui dragged me to supper programme (which MQ informed that it was then that we missed photo taking session with Mark Lee etc). After we were invited on stage for Yamseng, there was a brilliant idea for us to cheer a Raffles cheer. lol. Let's just say we didn't do it very well.

It was cleaning up of the volunteers' room + finding the walkie talkies until 2 am. Then, 6 of us proceeded to the clubhouse (equipped wtih aircon, a TV, toilets, a mini fridge and also huge assed cockroaches which made the guys scream) to crash for the night. It was Asterix and Cleopatra (stupid show really) that finally put everyone to sleep at 6 am.

Reached home and slept from 3 pm to 7 pm. Woke up, worried about the stupid barricades (which Lester made it sound like a nightmare hence freaking the hell out of me because at that time we had about 2 volunteers to help with the barricades.) Thankfully for the EXCO + Xian Chen and Zhenxiao (who agreed readily and willingly), the barricades were settled and gone forever. Sitting in the truck and watching the crane unload was damn cool though(:

Really appreciate all the help that I got, be it pre-countdown, during countdown and barricades on 2 Jan. Thankfully Yvonne took care of all the barricades issues and Amy took over all the Miscellaneous Logs stuff. Administrative stuff for the volunteers were driving me crazy (and still is right now)

But whatever it is, it was a really great experience which I wouldn't trade for anything. As for going through it again... let's just say once is enough to last me a lifetime. I had enough of the night meetings at BLCC which ends at an ungodly hour of 10.30 pm to 11 pm on average. (Yes I know, I shouln'dt be complaining because Jiahui reaches home at 12 am. HAHA)

It's a bit belated but here's to wishing everyone a happy 2009(: Am I glad that I am back to a regular inbox (almost). No more 90 emails per day!

PS Where is my picture with Apple Hong ):

IT'S OVER(:

All I want to do now is barricade (haha pun intended) myself in my room and stay in there forever.
